AMAXIM APPS, INC. ("we," "us," or "our") built the ScrollIt app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by AMAXIM APPS, INC. and is intended for use "as is." 1. Information Collection and Use

ScrollIt is designed as a local utility to display scrolling text messages. We do not collect, transmit, view, or store the text, emoticons, or emoji you type into the app.

• Recent Messages History: Your history of recently displayed messages is saved entirely locally on your device for your convenience so you can reuse them with one tap. This data is never uploaded to our servers.
• Sending Messages: The feature to "Send animated messages to your friends and family" utilizes your device's native iOS sharing features (such as iMessage or the Share Sheet). AMAXIM APPS, INC. does not have access to your contacts, and we do not intercept, read, or track the messages you share.

2. Device Permissions

Unlike many other applications, ScrollIt requires minimal system permissions to function.

• The app utilizes your device's haptic engine and audio hardware solely to provide a brief vibration or sound alert when a message finishes scrolling. This does not require any special access to your personal data.

3. Subscriptions and Financial Data (If Applicable)

If ScrollIt offers premium features or removes advertisements via in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled directly by Apple via your Apple ID. AMAXIM APPS, INC. does not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial data.

4. Log Data and Crash Reporting

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or app crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Apple Crash Logs) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other basic diagnostic statistics. This data is fully anonymized and used solely to identify and fix bugs.

Because your typed messages and history are stored locally, the security of this data relies entirely on the security of your physical device and your Apple ID ecosystem.
